How to Find Your Best Fit

Comfortable tights fit and size guide visual

Excerpt:
Use height, weight, stretch, and comfort preference to choose the right tights or
  pantyhose size.

The right hosiery size should feel smooth, secure, and comfortable. If tights feel
too tight at the waist, slide down, or pull at the toe, the size may not be right.

Start with the size chart and compare both your height and weight. If you fall
between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort and easier movement.

Think about how you like your tights to feel. If you prefer a more held-in fit,
your regular size may work well. If you prefer less pressure at the waist or hips,
  sizing up can feel better.

The waistband should sit comfortably without digging in. The fabric should stretch
evenly over the legs without looking strained. The toe area should not feel tight,
and the tights should stay in place as you walk or sit.

For control top pantyhose, expect a more supportive feel around the waist and
hips. For sheer tights, comfort and even stretch are the priority.

A better fit makes hosiery easier to wear all day.
