Shipping Policy
We process Sofivra orders as quickly as possible and send tracking information by email when an order ships. Delivery time may vary by destination, carrier service, weather, customs review, and seasonal volume.
Order processing
- Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email before shipping.
Shipping and tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for the carrier to update tracking activity after the label is created.
Delivery issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Sofivra is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, customs review, or missed delivery attempts, but we will help you review tracking and work through the next steps.
